Most orders for trainers and smart bikes are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on Zwift equipment?
Yes, all new Zwift hardware, including the Zwift Hub and Play controllers, comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for apparel and trainers?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Is a subscription included with hardware purchases?
